What is Franklin method?
The Franklin method is a science-based practice developed by Eric Franklin which creates an effective interplay between body and mind for improvement in movement function, posture and overall health. The method use dynamic neurocognitive imagery, anatomical embodiment, proprioceptive stimulation and movement practice to heighten awareness and create necessary change.
